We ensure, by contractual means, that all our subcontractors put in place the technical and organisational measures necessary for the security (confidentiality, integrity and availability) of your data, and more generally respect the legislation in force concerning the protection of personal data.

NEWEN CONNECT's authorized personnel and our processors listed in point 7 of this policy may have access to your data.

In the event that a transfer outside the European Union is applied to your data, we undertake to ensure that the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in force at the time of transfer.

For customer management: 3 years from the end of the business relationship.
For prospect management: 3 years from the last contact.
For accounting management: 10 years from collection.
For the management of connection data: 6 months from the date of collection.
For any other freely provided data: we will destroy them without delay if we have no use for them.
